When dispatch sends an emergency call, here's what happens in the next few seconds:
1
Dispatch sends an email
The agency's CAD dispatch system fires a structured incident email to Priority4 | Go's ingest address. No special dispatch software required — just the email integration you already have.
2
The email is parsed
Address, GPS coordinates, cross‑streets, responding units, and incident type are extracted automatically and turned into the call card you see on the Home tab.
3
Instant push with Critical Alerts
Every signed‑in responder gets a push notification within seconds — with the optional Critical Alerts entitlement, the alert sounds even when the phone is silenced or in Do Not Disturb.
4
Live map + Street View
Tap the Map tab for live Google Maps with one‑tap Street View. Nearby hydrants overlay automatically. Apple Maps and Google Maps navigation buttons hand off the address to your preferred routing app.
5
Pre‑incident plans (preplans)
Building hazards, contact info, and secure access codes are loaded from the full Priority4 system's preplan database — one tap away on the Preplan tab whenever an active call has a recorded building nearby.
This demo uses fictional data for App Review. The live map and preplan database are replaced with placeholder content here, but every other interaction works exactly as it does in production.
